EFCCL's Celebrate Recovery Native Ministries

 The five-day camp includes morning and evening services for adults and kids with recreation held in the afternoon. Dellwater has hiking trails, softball fields, volleyball, basketball, swimming, fishing, snack bar and a water slide. The camp is modern and well maintained and includes showers, commercial kitchen, chapel, main lodge and bunkhouses that sleep eight to ten people; camping sites for tents and recreational vehicles are also available.

Participants who attend are from the Mishkeegogamang Reserve in Ontario, Twin Cities, and the local area. Over the years various churches have also participated in the camp helping with the youth programs, music and counseling.

Just a note to say that Family Camp was the best thing that has happened to our family in years. I had no idea of how it would change our lives. I thank God first. Also Aaron, you are a great guy, we got your CD and it has blessed us so much, I can hear Jesus in your voice. Pastor Steve and Nancy, Gordon and Sheila, thank you for the love shown to us and the kids. We will be forever changed. We will never forget it.

 We had a wonderful time here. This is a awesome camp. We Enjoyed every minute here. I prayed for the camp so there could be many more to come and experience the camp as well. We had a nice stay.

 As of this day I am putting my trust in God to find New Strength that I to can “Soar High On Wings Like Eagles”! … I need to have the bonds of addiction broken forever, thus releasing me to learn the New Life… I really need the strength God has promised so that I don’t look back, to keep my head high and go forward. I can’t change my past, but God can certainly guide my future, .. I want God’s Love and Compassion to show thru me!

 Thank you for the privilege of being part of the team.  There were good memories for us and a part of my heart that is just really touched by all of it - the people, the hurts, the bridges that are being built through the relationships that come about.  It is incredible.  I will be praying for this mission and for the people I met all year.

  Please pray for financial gifts to cover the balance of the cost of camp this year. We had unexpected cost when our bus that travels to Canada to pick up native families, broke down  twice and ran our expenses up around $2,000 dollars more then we planned for.
